With the aim of producing top-quality alkaline primary batteries, we have invested in new production facilities - the HIBAR Systems production of AA and AAA alkaline batteries.

The HIBAR production line was set up at the end of 2018 and has already started to operate since May 2019.

HIBAR Systems is a leading and award-winning North American manufacturer of high-tech automated liquid dispensing and filling systems.

With state-of-the-art technology and years of experience in manufacturing complex integrated high-speed battery assembly lines, HIBAR's battery manufacturing is today one of the best in the world.

This new manufacturing System allows CAMELION meanwhile to offer comprehensive know-how in design, engineering and factory automation on a high Top-level. That means a fully automatic high-speed production system with high control accuracy and improved product properties for CAMELION DIGI ALKALINE BATTERIES:

Higher performance and capacity of the batteries
Longer storage time with highest leakage protection
Safety and stability through improved bursting membrane
