We are looking for a commercial employee to support our dispatch department on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).
Your
Responsibilities:
- Order processing, including receiving orders, creating order confirmations, and delivery notes
- Handling freight and parcel shipments
- Managing import and export of goods (as a substitute)
- Researching, requesting, and evaluating offers from freight forwarders and insurance providers
- Processing complaints and claims
- Coordinating promotions and sample shipments in collaboration with the sales team
- Administrative tasks, archiving, and statistics
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade clerk, freight forwarding clerk, office clerk, or business management clerk)
- Ideally, some professional experience in a similar role
- Preferably, proficiency in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office and inventory management systems
- Strong general education
- Excellent communication skills and social competence, with a passion for working with people
- Structured and independent working style
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
